Overnight Fee: King size bedroom: $500.00 Double bedroom: $500.00
Overnight parking fees are $15.00 plus tax, and they must be paid onsite. These fees are not included in any registration fees.
Rate does not include breakfast, lunch or dinner
Children Policy: There are no babysitting nor programs for age 0-4, it is required for parents to accompany their children and be present in a separate room with live streaming available.
Online Visitor Fee (3 days): Ages 0-4 (STARTING Birth year 2019 and Up) are Free but need to register them; Ages 5-UP $60.00/person/all the lectures for the 3 days
Onsite - Walkin Visitor Fee: $25.00/person/per day - walk-ins are accepted
Adults ONLY, no children or teenagers under 18 will be allowed.
Payments: Please note that any unpaid online registrations will be automatically deleted after 3 days without prior notification. Due to high demand for overnight registration, we are unable to hold onto rooms without payment.
Refunds: Full refunds is only permitted up to August 06, 2024 in the same way of payment.
Fitness & Recreation Indoor Pool, Fitness Center
Food & Beverages Meals are not included in the rates, meal purchases from the hotel are the responsibility of each guest.


Definitions
OVERNIGHT: Individuals who are sleeping overnight in the hotel and will attend all lectures. Overnighters will be able to use the hotel recreation facilities.

VISITORS: Individuals who ARE NOT sleeping overnight in the hotel and will attend all lectures dependent on the days they have registered. Visitors may not use the hotel recreation facilities due to legal liabilities.

Covid-19 Protocol
  • We ask all attendees to do their part in contributing to the safety of the event by taking personal responsibility about their own health. If you are not feeling well and exhibit any Covid-19 symptoms, you should not attend.


Rules and Regulations
  • We must adhere to the rules of the hotel as any other guest.
  • All reservations must be done through the Retreat Committee. You cannot reserve through the hotel because you will not have access to any of the lectures, children & youth programs.
  • If there are any issues or concerns, please bring them to the attention of the retreat committee and not to the front desk or hotel staff. The front desk or hotel staff will communicate to the Retreat Committee.
  • For the sake of organization, waterproof bracelets will be worn at all times they are required for entrance to the lectures. Anyone not displaying the bracelet will not be allowed in the conference rooms.
  • Please be prompt for all lectures in order to keep organization and the scheduled program.
  • If you would like to speak Fr. Dawood, you must see the secretary to set-up the appointment.
  • Please be respectful to the other hotel guests by keeping the noise level low, not lingering in the hallways and clean up after yourselves in the conference rooms.
  • Parents and guardians must know the whereabouts of their children at all times.
  • CHILDREN Ages 0-4 Parents will be able to sit in a separate room with a live audio/visual feed for the children up to 4 years (up to Birth year 2020) . Babysitting will not be provided.
  • Please note that any financial damages or fines resulting from disorderly conduct or misbehavior will be the responsibility of the parents and guardians.
  • Please leave the conference rooms immediately because all doors will be locked after each lecture. All personal belongings left behind each lecture will be removed from the seats and tables.
  • No seat reservations prior to all the lectures. Please respect those who arrive on time and looking for seats.
  • Some or all of the lectures may be videotaped along with the audience, if you wish not to be taped, please inform one of the servants so you can be seated in a non-videotaped area.
Overnight Rules
  • Overnight applicants can’t have a visitor applicant(s) sleep in their rooms.
  • You must submit a credit card upon arrival for any possible incidental(s), room services or phone service which is not included in the application fee.
  • Indoor/Outdoor pool hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children (18 & under) are not to be left unattended at the swimming pool. Parents or guardian must accompany their children.
  • On Saturday, August 31, 2024, check-in is 4:00 PM but lectures will begin approximately 12:00 PM. If your room is not available, you may leave your luggage in the car or the hotel will provide a room to place your luggage until your room will be ready
  • We would like you to enjoy a family atmosphere appropriate for a spiritual retreat and therefore ask that you review the following rules with your children:
    • 18 years and younger are not permitted to be in the room alone.
    • Youth (teenagers) are not permitted to hang out, roam in hallways, or the lobby of the hotel after 11:30 PM. Parents/guardians are responsible for the whereabouts of your child at all times. Your child must be in their sleeping rooms no later than 11:30 PM. If this rule is not abided, unfortunately, you will not be able to come to the next convention.
    • No male or female youth (teenagers) are to “visit” each other’s room without the permission of a parent or guardian.
    • For safety, youth are not allowed to leave the hotel without specific permission from their parent or guardian.
    • There will be a program for children ages 5-8, 9-13, 14-17 and College during the scheduled program for the adults so that they may benefit.
  • On Monday, September 02, 2024, check-out is scheduled at 11:00 AM. All rooms will be automatically locked after this time; therefore, please be sure that you have removed all of your personal items from the room no later than 11:00 AM or will have to pay for the extra night.
Visitor Rules
  • If you are not registered as an “Overnight Stay”, you cannot sleep/overnight in another person’s room that is registered. Therefore, you must fill out the ‘Visitor Application’.
  • Visitors cannot use the hotel’s facilities i.e. pool, exercise room etc…for liability issues. After the lecture, please leave the premise until the next lecture.
  • We would like you to enjoy a family atmosphere appropriate for a spiritual retreat and therefore ask that you review the following rules with your children:
    • No visitors are allowed to be in another person’s room, espically teenagers.
    • For safety, youth are not allowed to leave the hotel without specific permission from their parent or guardian.
    • There will be a program for "only pregistered and confirmed online applications" children ages 5-8, 9-13, 14-17 and College during the scheduled program for the adults so that they may benefit.
